The problem
Hours, time off, and skills matrices lived in dozens of spreadsheets. Plant coordinators lost time allocating teams, and leadership had little visibility.
What I did
I work on the technical decisions of the PWA and with DevOps on deploy and monitoring. Systematizing the work took operational control off the spreadsheets.
